How to use Yanhua ACDP to Read and Write BMW CAS3 ISN?
Yanhua Mini ACDP free update BMW CAS3/CAS3+/CAS3++ DME ISN read and write (replace DME) function on March 18, 2021.
- Easy way to exchange DME for cas3/3+/3++ cars. No soldering.
- No need to do DME clone.
- Only reads the donor DME ISN, then write the ISN into the CAS3 via OBD or ICP!
*Yanhua ACDPHost andModule 1for CAS are required.
How to Replace BMW CAS3 DME withYanhua Mini ACDP?
Read the ISN from the replacement second-hand (used) DME and write this ISN into CAS module by OBD or ICP mode.
After ISN is written into DME, the original car key can still be used on this vehicle normally.

By ICP Mode:
ACDP will show your ICP connection
in ACDP Mini software, select BMW CAS1-4->CAS3/CAS3+ ->ICP mode->Read/Write CAS ISN (Replace DME)-> Select CAS3 Mask 0L15Y, 0M23S or 0L01Y to continue
Then follow 3 steps to complete DME replacement job.
Step 1: Read CAS EEPROM
Step 2: Modify ISN
Step 3: Write CAS EEPROM
Follow ACDPP prompts till success
By OBD Mode:
Firstly, connect Yanhua ACDP to the OBD2 port of the car.
in ACDP Mini software, select BMW CAS1-4->CAS3/CAS3+ ->OBD mode->Read/Write CAS ISN (Replace DME)
There are various of BMW DME types, generally divided into old types and new types. The new ISN is 32 digits, the old ISN is 4 digits.
Then follow ACDP operation till completed.
i.e Old type of N46 DME, MPC with 4-digit ISN
i.e New N46 DME type with 32-bit ISN
