BMW Multi Tool File Make Key

1). Choose CAS or EWS type.
2). Load the choose EEPROM file you will get the make dealer key window.
3). Choose key position and press "Make Dealer Key" button. Flow the given tips to prepare dealer key. After succeed you can save the new EEPROM dump file.
- For EWS1, EWS2, EWS3, EWS4, CAS1, CAS2, CAS3 type the prepared dealer key can start the engine directly.
- For some CA3+ type you need to write back the new dump file into car.
4). CAS3 encrypt data, only OBDII prepare make key is support for CAS3 encrypt data.


BMW Multi Tool V7.0 Update tips:

1.This verison need newest firmware V1.0.6 support.
2.Support prepare dealer key for CAS4 encrypt verison. Need working key or ISN or DME/DDE dump file support(Need condor automatic key cutting machine authorize and update newest firmware)
3.Fix bug make key for CAS3+ encrypt verison with ISN or DME/DDE dump file.
4.Add support for lost all key with ISTAP4* while not update CAS FLASH. You can find this in File Make dealer key.

When using BMW ICOM A2+B+C HDD, remember toset the ISTA/D language as American English or British English.

If you do notSet the ISTA/D language as American English or British English, will encounterError: "The found database version are not compatible. Please contact your local support. Maybe the installation is incomplete" like following picture shows:

Problem: ICOM don't recognize ignition KL15

Bought a BMW ICOM A2+B+C Diagnostic & Programming Tool, but I have problem.
The ICOM don't recognize ignition KL15 when I want to connect to BMW cars made after 2007.
See attached image - KL15 is 0.0 V.

Where is the problem? ICOM is wrong? Be sent to the complaint? Or thewhole software settings? This issue is urgent, please help and solutions.

We solved finally, read solution as follows
we searched for the problem over the weekend. And we solved it! Your ICOM is OK. But Slovak BMW dealer lied users – on purpose breaking original connector for diagnosis (2 interrupt pins), and a side compartment under the plastic cover placed right connector! (diagnostics do not know nobody, only they can).
This problem can have another, your customers, and so I send you pictures where the correct connector.

Q1: What is BMW ICOM A2 password when loading?
A1: Input "bmw" in lowercase letters when the BMW ICOM software starts, when password 1 and password 2 appear, input "BMW" in capital letters for password 1, and enter nothing in password 2.

Q2: What computer System BMW ICOM Software require? Does it need to work on VMware?
A2: BMW ICOM software moveable hard disk need to work on VMware. But the ICOM software we supply in the website is internal hard disk compatible with Lenovo and Dell and no need to work on VMware, it requires to have Intel Chip, at least 4G memory, do not have to be 64bit, the internal hard disk is used to replace the initial computer hard disk.

Q3: BMW ICOM software, which system is French?
A3: Bothe the diagnostic system (ISID) and the programming system (ISIS) are available with French. But the circuit diagram and maintenance database has to be English or German.
