When do you need firmware fix for Launch X431diagnostic tool or IMMO tablets?

Firmware fix is required if following situations occur:

1). Error "No system is found”

Here comes a similar problem:

Launch X431 Pro5scanner will not scan vehicle information, it gave the error no system is found.

Bluetooth connector is connected and ignition is turned to ON position.

2). Failed to automatically searchvehicle information and the automatic vehicle search does not work

3). Cannot charge with original charger, app keeps stopping, diagnostic service failure

4). App crashes

5). Error Diagnostic service failure

Solution:

Check if Bluetooth connector indicator turns on.

If no, unplug and plug again. If still not turn on, there maybe something with the BT connector.

If yes, do a Launch X431 firmware fix as following:

Update software and then do a firmware fix.

Go to User Info->Firmware Fix-> Press Firmware Fix ->Scan bluetooth connector

If it is PAD V/PAD VII, Go to User Info->Fix connector firmware/system-> Fix Connector Firmware or Fix Connector System

If SmartLink VCI turns black screen, do a firmware fix.
