New support for RFA/KVM module programming, add key, all keys lost and data initialization on following models:

2022 and later Land rover vehicles:

Range rover, Discovery, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar, Defender

2022 and later Jaguar vehicles:

E-pace, F-pace, I-pace, F-type, XF, XE, XJ

Supported on IM608 Pro II and the XP400/XP400 Pro is required. (IM508/IM508S/IM608 Pro not yet supported.)
