Here comes a similar problem:

Attempted to read pin code and add a key to a 2011 Dodge RAM 2500.Autel IM608 IIsaid the current pin is locked. It did read the pin code but whenever try the program with the PIN code that it read it was incorrect.

Solution:

Leave it on for an hour to unlock the module.

That happened to us many times before and we did wait 1 hour the key need to be in the on position.

No disconnect works here,ignition on for 1 hourand can attempt again.
