Problem:

Tried to updateLaunch CRP919Ediagnostic scanner but failed. It reported an error App main application program and kept stuck on "Waiting for Install."
Any solution?

Solution:

Reset device to factory reset and try again.

Follow steps below to resetCRP919X/CRP919E scanner to factory setting.

Press the power button on the top of the unit.
Hit Power off to turn off device;

Long press and Up button and the Power button until device boots.

Select Wipe data/factory reset.

Do a Factory data reset.

Factory data reset finished.

Select Reboot system now.

Device will reboot.
